Happy New Year! 2019 is just starting and this is our first round of news for January. We have Skybound Expansion Phase 2 lined up that we prepared and designed in conjunction with Phase 1 last December, and as promised I’ll be revealing some parts in detail here that I think many of you are curious about.
Skybound Expansion Phase 2
From Skybound Expansion Phase 1, you got the taste of new epic quests and faction missions from Sky Fortress. The story continues where it left off to conclude this saga of Sky Fortress, and the fight for Maple World against Infernog begins. You can learn more at the Skybound Expansion site!
Fortress Rumble
Before joining the fight with Infernog, you can also test your skills at Fortress Rumble! Fortress Rumble is a series of 1-player dungeons you can join after reaching “Trusted” reputation of each corresponding faction in Sky Fortress. Overcoming the challenges and clearing Fortress Rumble will give you precious fragments you can use to redeem Legendary gears, and if you manage to get high rank scores, you can earn Epic Accessories Bonus Value Re-rollers of varying types.

Wrath of Infernog
Infernog, the ancient immortal and the final boss of this chapter, will appear during the storyline and you will have a chance to fight it one-to-one. But the ultimate challenge will be reserved to those who dare to challenge him at the new Chaos Raid [Hard] Dungeon named Wrath of Infernog.
Please keep in mind you must be “Trusted” reputation from Maple Alliance to participate which means your reputation from all 5 Sky Fortress factions will need to be “Trusted”.

Ongoing Discussions
As noted in previous blog, we’re doing Skybound Phase 2 January update as originally planned. After this update, we will be focused on bringing key improvements forward. We are still working on the changes to address the random aspects of progression combined with the content cap, but we don’t have any more details to share with you at the moment. I know it can be frustrating to wait for news to come, but we strongly believe that reviewing all the possible options and how they interact with each other to find the best solution is crucial. We promise to share more details as soon as we can.
Other Things
These are some small changes we’ve been working on based on feedback on top of the previously mentioned changes. We’ll continue our efforts to review player’s concerns no matter the size and do our best to address them accordingly.
Soul Binder Female Hair (Braided Highlights) will be available for selection at Rosetta’s Hairstyles
New Weapon UGC Templates are incoming! This time it will be for the Knight, Thief, and Archer. Be sure to look out for the templates on our social channels.
The “Master of All Trade” trophy that awards pure white dye color now counts reaching level 50 on Soul Binder and/or Runeblade jobs, while the requirement remains at 8 jobs.
Level 50 potion will now clear the epic quest related trophies at use. We’ll also be rewarding the epic quest related trophies for those who used the Level 50 potion before the update as well.
